Grafana - setup Eyer integration

Example: Boomi runtime metrics with baselines from Eyer in Grafana Cloud

On request we can enable all metrics & baselines from Eyer to be available in your Grafana Cloud account. This allows you to quickly view data for any metric on any date-range together with the baselines coming from Eyer.
